My name is Brandon, and I am priviledged to serve as the lead worship pastor at Real Life church in Clermont, Florida. I am looking to build a team of worship pastors/leaders who will come alongside me to help lead our 8 campuses across Central Florida to engage in genuine worship of Jesus.

Job Description: The campus worship pastor/leader will primarily be responsible for leading a worship team to provide weekly worship experiences that reflect the Real Life mission to “Inspire REAL Worship.” They will be responsible for the overall health and development of their campus worship team. They will also participate in global worship events and planning. In addition, they will operate in a global worship department role that magnifies their natural skill set (i.e. songwriting, leadership development, organizing, event planning, etc) Pouring life into the volunteers, campus attendees and local community is the overarching theme of this role.


The campus worship pastor/leader will also serve to help their local community as needed alongside of their campus pastor. However, worship will be their primary focus.

Campus Related General Responsibilities

  • Recruit Volunteer Team Members within the church and outside of the church
  • “Equip the saints” and give ministry away (on regular weekends and other local worship related events, without sacrificing the vision of “Inspiring REAL worship”
  • Uphold Real Life Standard of Excellence in worship experience
  • Partner with campus pastor in producing regular weekend services (service flow and overall experience)
  • Steward budget for local worship dept
  • Schedule worship team 4 weeks in advance & songs 6 weeks in advance
  • Utilize Planning Center Online for all scheduling and programing purposes
  • Maintain stage musical equipment
  • Program Custom Ableton Sessions weekly
  • Hold Quarterly Team Nights
  • Have weekly rotating 1:1 with team members
  • Hold team accountable personally and musically
  • Craft & contextualize global worship set to fit the local demographic and environment
  • Review weekend video to improve personal and team skills
  • Lead weekly devotional & vision cast at rehearsals
  • Use “Multi-Site Development Strategy” as a guide to build a healthy pool of volunteers
  • Utilize and teach Real Life “Voice” standards in communicating from stage and when coaching volunteers
  • Create and maintain a healthy culture of family, fun, excellence, accountability and love in the worship team
  • Assist campus pastor in shepherding the church as needed
  • Serve alongside your fellow campus staff - don’t operate in a silo


Global General Responsibilities

  • Participate in weekly worship department meetings
  • Participate in worship events throughout Real Life campuses as needed
  • Participate in planning global worship sets for weekends and weekly all staff lunches
  • Participate in creative planning and songwriting as needed
  • Assist in development and onboarding of new hires in the worship dept
  • Occasionally lead worship outside of home campus as needed
  • Lead at central campus as assigned by lead worship pastor

Experience Prefered

  • General knowledge of local productions systems (training provided)
  • Ability to operate both Mac & Windows platforms
  • Ableton (training provided)
  • Pro tools, Logic, Reason or other recording programs a plus
